I am 23 and married to an amazing man. He was a Marine Corps Sniper (better not break in our house!) I am homemaker and a mom :)
My first born is a Black Lab/Boxer named Benny! He's been my best friend, and always there for me the past 4 years of his life. I have been alone a lot, that happens when you marry a Marine, and Benny has always been there to kiss my face and let me hug on him.
My second son is Beau. He is the second love of my life and best person I could ever ask to spend my days with. I'm so in love with him. He's crazy and he challenges me, but he's cute and smart and so incredibly handsome...like the meaning of his name!
Throughout the past five years....YES I've been married five years and I'm only 23....I have really LIVED. You know that I mean? I've seen what life is like outside of my hometown. I've feared for my life (living in DC) and have been beside my man as he is a part of history. He marched in the elite Silent Drill Platoon. Then we moved to CA and he became a sniper. How rare. He amazes me. But as he was busy saving the world, I was behind him, on my own journey. I made lifelong friends, went to school, worked, and grew up. I feel like I had aged 20 years when I came back home. We have had money and we've been super poor. We fought for our lives, for our marriage, and for our country. I couldn't ask for a better start in my adult life. We couldn't be where we are without God and our families (that includes our Marine Corps families!) behind us. Thank you to all. Now we are a little over a year into our new life! We moved back to FL a few months before Beau was born and we are truly happy with this decision. We moved into a cute little house (thank goodness for no more apartments!) that has a great backyard for Benny to run around in. We have lovely neighbors; they are becoming good friends of ours. And we have family so close, both sets of parents and Jake's brother and his family, all within 20 minutes of us. That has truly helped with the baby...and will help with the one on the way!
