It always brings me back to high school dances. Benny and I dance to this song ALL THE TIME! Jake sits back and laughs. I love to dance, but you will barely ever see me do it outside of the house. The only time I ever felt comfortable dancing was at my wedding (everyone was too drunk to remember lol). I have no beat or talent, but that doesn't stop me from busting a groove in my living room!!

 This is song gives me hope and faith! I just heard the Glee version of it on Sunday and wanted to share with you. I love to turn this song up REALLY loud in my car and belt all the words!! I hope it makes you feel just as good as I do listening to it :)

Day 7- A song that reminds of a certain event

This song brings back a good memory...

Early in 2010 I was picking my husband up from base and, like he does quite often, said, "Babe, listen to this song...I think you'll like it." And every time he says that, he's right! SHH! Dont tell him I admitted he was right about something! lol

He spends a lot of time perusing through YouTube looking for new music and artists. He finds some pretty amazing stuff.

This song reminds me of riding in the car, in elementary school, with my mom. We used to blast this song with the windows down, singing alone...it was so fun :)

Day 5 - A song that reminds me of someone

This song, Home, by Michael Buble reminds me of one of my best friends! Candace introduced me to Michael Buble before hardly anyone knew about him. I remember sitting in the back seat (her parents still had to drive us around back then) and LOVING it the first time it played. It brings back good memories :)

I'm a sap, espically right now my emotions are pretty touchy, so lots of songs can make me cry! This one is one that always brings tears to my eyes.

Day 3- A song that makes you happy

So as most of you know, my husband is a musician. I rarely get the songs he writes on video. But anything he plays is so good and it makes me so happy to listen all the time. I am usually cooking, listening to him go from song to song...some he's written, some he hasn't....but I cant tell the difference because they're all equally as good as the next. Plus I'm so bad at the "name that tune" game.

Anyways...this is from May, 2010 (back when he had luscious hair!)
